I applied to be a line cook at a fancy restaurant cause my dad was a chef prior and I fell in love. Now it’s just a daily grind of making my son and father proud of who I’m becoming.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Duck carnitas. It’s so amazing and versatile to use in more than one way.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money for my wife and get her citizenship here in the United States & start a pop up. It’s a long process that I’ve started and very expensive and this would help out with that. With the remainder I would pay off my house or open a restaurant/ pop up.
