I am inspired by my grandmother and families love of cooking through my Italian heritage. I also have drawn a lot of inspiration from Julia Child, Gordon Ramsay, & Jaques Pepin. But my main inspiration is seeing the smile on anyone’s face when they eat my food. It makes my day, every day.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My favorite? North Carolina Barbecue, Risotto, and Chicken. My chicken has been called “witchcraft”.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it to further my career and catering business. I’d also use it for charity work. It would greatly help my work with St Jude, The Red Cross, The Celiac Foundation, and Animal Rescues.
