Who or what inspires you to cook?

I love everything Italian since I am from original European stock (moms from France dad was from Italy) - I am always in Europe (mom still lives there) and love simple delicious things - Julia Childs garlic chicken is a fave - my French grandmother’s blanquette de veau is my favorite thing

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Blanquette de veau - however my daughter demands pasta bolognese that I make from my Italian grandmothers recipe-

What would you do with the $25,000?

Seriously have to put it to my daughters education - I adopted a smart little girl and I want her to go far - and she’s a great Sous chef
