My Grandma’s cooking was a pivotal experience early in my childhood. It’s one of my first memories, coming back from school to find her cooking and sitting by her side trying to help any way I could.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Anything cooked over an open flame made with firewood.
What would you do with the $25,000?I want to keep expanding my experience, so I plan to go to east Asia to learn more about their ancient cuisine and techniques. My goal is to learn other techniques and flavors and blend them with my personal expertise to create new, bold culinary experiences to continue making my community bigger and happier.
