"My mom and grandma are my biggest inspirations - they're amazing cooks! I started cooking at a really young age and fell in love with it. I began with simple sauces and pickling, but soon became a paella expert, thanks to my Spanish grandmother. As a Mexican, I love blending flavors and cooking seafood - it's my favorite!"
What's your all time favorite dish to make?"I love making paella, fideua, seafood, Mexican food, and I'm also a big fan of Italian cuisine. My vegetable lasagna is delicious! I think I'm not tied to just one dish, I enjoy preparing a wide variety of foods." My friends love my shrimp and fish ceviche, and my tuna tiradito is always a hit!
