I’m inspired by family, my culture and food itself. My dad, being a Chef, was my first inspiration and has always inspired me to fall in love with food. I’m also inspired by my Chef/mentor, to take steps into pushing myself further. Finally, my love for feeding others inspires me to grow and be better everyday!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I love making anything Puerto Rican and/or Italian! Those are my all time favorite foods to make. I make a mean Puerto Rican empanada (Pastelillo)!
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d invest it towards a honeymoon and/or a home for my fiancé and I! If not that, then I’d love for it to be the start towards a restaurant of my own.
