My biggest inspiration is my people. I love when I have the chance to teach someone something new. I love the reaction when people enjoy my dishes. It inspires to me to keep pushing to create innovated dishes.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Dak Dori Tang. (Spicy Korean Chicken and Potato stew). My Mom used to make this for me growing up to make me happy.
