What's your all time favorite dish to make?Fried catfish and cabbage is always my go to. But, lately I’ve been making smoke Caribbean inspired oxtails with mash potatoes.
What would you do with the $25,000?With 25,000 I could finally start up my food truck and get this goodness to more people than family and friends at home. I’d love to go on the road to different food truck parks and show the world what I have to offer.
