Receive Text UpdatesI was an adult before I found cooking out of necessity with having kids. The more I did it the more I loved it. I use it as therapy. I love creating new things as much as classics. As much as I love cooking I love feeding people even more. The reactions you get when they bite into something they swear they never liked or combine things they are skeptical about. I thrive on making sure no one around me ever has to wonder where their next meal will come from and that it tastes good.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Arroz con Salchicha has been a staple. Smoked meats, especially ribs. Hard to pick a specific favorite. My next dish is always my favorite.
What would you do with the $25,000?I'd love to be my own boss. A food truck would be amazing. The ability to put my heart on a plate for others to experience.
