Who or what inspires you to cook?

My father is my inspiration and he taught me everything I know. Family time and eating together is so precious I will always share my passion for cooking with everyone I meet and leave a permanent imprint on them about my heritage and culture raised in New Orleans Louisiana. Bon Appetit

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

My favorite dish is Crawfish Fettuccine and Seafood Gumbo I also love love to cook turnup and meatball stew with rice!! Creole Cajun Mama is ready to spoil your family and generations to come.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I want to write a cookbook with recipes and pictures of recipes and also a little bit of education on the Cajun words and diffintion of what certain dishes are called and how to pronounce it also. Example would be ROUX what it is and how to make it . I'm excited to share my passion for cooking with the world 🌎 and I will have my own seasoning and it will be named Cajun Mama's Kitchen Seasoning.
