My grandmother was the biggest inspiration for me to cook and become a chef. The patience she had with me, showing me how amazing food could be, and her ability to transform something so simple into something so unique, left a lasting impact. I put on my chef coat for my grandmother, my inspiration, because she never got to see me wear it. Anyone who inspired me was my beautiful grandmother, watching over me from heaven.

What would you do with the $25,000?Me being a single father of four beautiful kids would love to start a small Latin restaurant in Youngstown, Ohio, and put down on a home for them they inspire me every day every time I put on my chef coat I do it for them. That’s what I would do with the 25,000.
