Receive Text UpdatesI grew up with a grandma who could make miracle dinners. She would look around & come create amazing foods. For the Jewish holidays I would cook with her, grabbing her hand & measuring what she was adding. Family is my inspiration & I treat everyone like family. A coworkers mom was ill and not eating. I made some soups and stews for her. He thanked me she ate & enjoyed. Her comment was you can taste the love in this food. My son grew up cooking with me now he is an exec Sous chef
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I have a wide variety of food. From traditional Jewish holiday to. Pan Asian fusion range. My grandmas recipes have to be favorite. Old world chicken soup, roast brisket are personal faves. When we have company I like northern italian dishes. Pasatelli is a fave of friends as well as lasagna bolognese
What would you do with the $25,000?We are in our home 30 years and my kitchen could use some serious TLC. I would redo the kitchen and have a huge party. One of our fave holiday traditions is our Vodka & Latke party. We have had close to 50 come to celebrate with us
