The experience of breaking bread with strangers, the expressions of joy because someone ate my food and loved it, there's just no better way to bring people of all backgrounds, thoughts and beliefs together than over the commonality of a good meal. Whether I'm teaching people to cook, sharing recipes or conversing over a meal, common ground can always be found with food. Who doesn't want that all the time!!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?To nail down an all time favorite dish to make is difficult. I love to cook any type of cuisine and will travel to do so as I've cooked in 5 different countries (not professionally, just asking restaurants to cook in their kitchen). I love to make fresh pasta dishes, variety of beef or seafood dishes but the one dish that's requested most by those who've had it, is my Bibimbap. Fresh veggies and Korean BBQ over rice and topped with a fried egg, hard to go wrong!
What would you do with the $25,000?The dream is to open a food truck!! The money would go towards that expense and starting my own business in this wonderful world of culinary.
