What's your all time favorite dish to make?My favorite dish to make is a simple Culurgiones with a homemade red sauce. This is a hand twisted shape that originally came from Sardinia. It’s filled with potato, pecorino and mint.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to travel to Italy with my husband and learn even more about the craft of pasta and the origins of my family.
