What's your all time favorite dish to make?Tacu tacu: a simple Peruvian dish, but its beauty is in getting you through hard times. A fried patty made of beans, refried beans, and leftover rice seasoned with as much garlic and aji amarillo as you can take! Finish with a fried egg and sweet platanos, some salsa criolla if you have it, and your bare bones pantry staples become hearty sustenance to warm you over at the end of a long day!
What would you do with the $25,000?With the $25,000 I would want to start a small cafe business, a lifelong dream of mine, a place where I can bring my story to others in a rustic, comforting environment. A place of warm bread, hot coffee, and good vibes!
