That love has given me the blessing of friendship with a lot of people from different walks of life, cultures, and ethnicities. Which brings me to my favorite thing about food and cooking. It brings us all together. There is not a single culture that food does not bring together! I truly believe that, and know it!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?This will sound a little off, but I love it when some says " I don't eat that." It's makes me light up inside. I have been fortunate in that when I asked if they will allow me to make that very dish they say they don't like, then end up liking it. I have had some even say, "It's became their favorite dish."
What would you do with the $25,000?I have a tarter sauce and a scampi butter I want to bring to market. This would aid greatly, in that endeavor.
