When I got older I learned that the sky is the limit with food and I could be as creative as I want. I enjoyed pairing flavors, sauces and trying new food. Cooking is something I truly LOVE to do. So much I even do it on my days off! I love Being a chef
What's your all time favorite dish to make?It’s hard to pick one, it could be searing some scallops, grilling a steak, As simple as it is, spaghetti and homemade meatballs. I say this because it’s homemade sauce, cooked all day, tasting periodically with Italian bread of course. Homemade meatballs dancing in the sauce giving flavor, getting flavor. I think in the end, I love cooking the dish my family and I can all sit down at the table and enjoy together
What would you do with the $25,000?My son has supported me through my career. It has taken a large part of my life and he has stood by me. So I’d like to take some of that money and use it to put down on a house for him. Maybe pay a bill or two!
