Jeremy Clemente

I’m inspired by my own personal eating experiences and wanting to share them. I like trying to re create flavors and elements in dishes and be able to present them to others. I have always been fascinated with cooking and combining textures and flavors together. Some of the best times I’ve had in my life have been around food and sharing a meal with people and I love being able to provide the food for their experience.

I really like to cook meats over open fire. I love being able to control a fire and cook a nice cut of beef over hard wood. I feel that controlling the temperate in order to get a good amount of smoke on the meat before putting a little char on it before pulling it off takes attention to detail, and I love doing it.

I would use the money to put into the small operation I have rolling and selling lumpia locally. I have done pop ups and private dinners making Filipino American food and would love to be able to do more events or even make steps toward doing this full time. If I won I would definitely invest it into continuing this food journey I’m on. Having a good time creating and sharing good food and experiences with other people.
