After my wife’s cancer diagnosis my inspiration shifted to one where I want to start “meal of a lifetime”, where we provide gourmet meals to folks who are home bound with serious illnesses that cannot go out.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Smoked then braised beef short rib on a cornmeal apple muffin with a blackberry Demi glacé and a side of Parmesan brussel sprouts.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would purchase a food trailer and pursue my dreams of cooking for the masses. Then continue “meal of a lifetime” and recruit other chefs in the area to do the same until we are nation wide.
