My friends and family have always inspired me to cook. I learned from my mother growing up in Tucson, AZ, and then learned to cook Italian when I moved to New York. I have never been a professional chef. I LOVE to cook for my husband and children!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all time favorite dish to make is Chicken Parmesan with homemade sauce over thin spaghetti.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the funds to purchase a property for sale to buy my own Italian deli. There is a property for sale 10 minutes from my home on the main strip that has great potential for an Italian sandwhich shop. The area I live in would greatly benefit! There is NO GOOD ITALIAN around here. It would be my dream to open my own shop!
