I felt like such a big kid having my very own cookbook at a young age so I could create some of the same amazing meals that my dad made! I remember distinctly one of my first meals that I made for my mom and dad was Boeuf Carbonnade, Roesti potatoes and brussel sprouts! The following Christmas, I made a Yule log with a Swiss meringue, buttercream, raspberry filling, and even the meringue mushroom
What's your all time favorite dish to make?That’s a very difficult question as I love making beautiful, beautiful French inspired dishes, a five hour Bolognese, my mom’s favorite Polish golumpkis, one of my famous almost Cincinnati chilis or something on the sweet side that would satisfy any sweet tooth. So choosing one is a big challenge.
What would you do with the $25,000?Due to a surgery on my neck last year, we took a pretty hard hit financially, however, we’re getting ourselves back on track and it would be amazing to use majority of the money to start up a breakfast food truck in our area so we can have healthier choices versus processed fast food.
