Connect Who or what inspires you to cook?

My mother and wife and daughter are my biggest human inspirations as far as people go. I recently started cooking for elementary school kids and love working with them and the teachers. I love cooking for others; taking the time and effort to create something that warms hearts and bellies.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Honestly too many to just pick one. I have so many recipes and different styles and cuisines to draw from. I really enjoy just building a dish for my audience. Taking time to really develop a recipe for the ones I’m cooking for to make it really pop and stand out. I strive every time to make a memorable dish that has a wow and comfort factor to it.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Invest in my family with some and donate the rest to organizations that help feed grade school children. I see a lot of kids every day that just aren’t getting the food and/or nutrition they need. Providing this to them not only feeds their minds but creates connections that can help feed their souls as well.
