My mother is my biggest inspiration to food, as she is the reason why I started in the first place. My family and friends who have constantly supported me over the years are my driving factor as well. To feed those I love and to introduce good food to the people is what makes me want to be better always.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I absolutely love to cook breakfast for my family. As a child in a Lebanese-Armenian family, food is everything. Also anything pasta related. I generally find myself making lasagna frequently out of all the types. I have also, a hidden love for making bread.
What would you do with the $25,000?Firstly it would be tremendously helpful for my growing family to have some sort of financial cushion, to support us in these trying times. Secondly, I would take a portion to invest into a food truck or trailer so that I can begin cooking for the masses, and to have my food finally be taking the spotlight in a kitchen I can call my own.
