Receive Text UpdatesIt's super cliche, but my family. They get such joy in eating good food, and the organic time that we get to spend together over lovingly cooked meals/snacks is invaluable.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Hmmm probably beef stew + yeast rolls. It has soooo many steps, but when done correctly, the flavor is unreal. It's such a simple meal, but has such complex flavor, and nothing beats it on a cold night!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would give it to the Giving Kitchen our friends started here in Atlanta. They provide emergency assistance for food service workers through financial support and a network of community resources. I'm fortunate enough to cook for joy, but they are doing it to also support themselves + their families, and I can't imagine what it would be like to have that taken away. I love that the organization helps them through that tumultuous time.
