What's your all time favorite dish to make?For myself it would be the following. Philippines: Adobo or Caldareta with Garlic Fried Rice, Spain: a nice Paella for the family, gambas al ajillo and Pan con Tomate, Italian: a nice bolognese or pizza with a dough that’s 72 hour cold ferment.
What would you do with the $25,000?Weekend farmer’s market stall. Go to Spain for some tapas n catch a Real Madrid game or 2.
