Receive Text UpdatesI just like to cook because it brings people together, it makes people happy, comfortable. Good food keeps the party going, and I love to party! When I was about 5-6 years old my granddad taught me to cook, the first thing I learned to cook was eggs. I only liked sunny side up, he was patient enough to allow me to burn through a half dozen eggs to finally make one that I didn't break the yolk. Now, my kids inspire me, I want to make something they crave, but they are so hard to please.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My favorite dish is BBQ baby back ribs cooked slow and low in an over and paired with homemade mac-n-cheese. I love the mac-n-cheese so much, I cant make it more than a few times a year because it will be eaten mysteriously in the middle of the night. I also love to make fried plantains w/fresh guac. I also make a great chili-cheese dip, refried bean, chicken dip. What I make is influenced depends on if we have a special occasion at our house or not
What would you do with the $25,000?I would either do some work at my house, redo my roof, kitchen, and pool if there is enough to cover it (it is hard to tell because contractors in Miami are so expensive), or I would take my wife and kids on a vacation to Hawaii or Bora Bora then pay anything left over towards bills.
