Who or what inspires you to cook?

Cooking is our way of storytelling—every dish we create is a journey through culture, history, and tradition. We are inspired by how food brings people together, from the warmth of a Sunday family meal to the elegance of a multi-course dining experience. Our passion comes from exploring flavors, techniques, and ingredients that turn a meal into a memory. Through our Sunday Dinners, we aim to share that joy with others.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Choosing a favorite dish is like choosing a favorite memory—impossible! But if we had to, it would be something that reflects both artistry and comfort. A Thai-inspired feast, featuring fragrant coconut curries, spicy papaya salad, and perfectly balanced sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavors, embodies everything we love: bold ingredients, vibrant colors, and the joy of sharing. It’s a cuisine that brings people together, just like our Sunday Dinners.

What would you do with the $25,000?

We would use the $25,000 to build a kitchen studio to create high-quality cooking videos and live demonstrations. Our goal is to bring our Sunday Dinner experiences to a broader audience, sharing techniques, recipes, and behind-the-scenes stories from our elaborate, themed meals. This studio would allow us to engage with food lovers everywhere, offering a deeper look into our creative process while celebrating the joy of cooking.
