My inspiration comes from so many places. I hail from a long line of southern cooks, which makes me proud to always be in the kitchen. It's truly in my blood and soul. My daily inspiration can come from something as simple as a smell or color that can set off any spark of an idea for a meal. Traveling and tasting different flavors and combinations from around the world heavily inspires me to bring those flavors home and make them my own to share with family and friends.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My favorite dish to make and serve would have to be a Seafood Pasta.
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000 I would set off to open my own business!
