A sunny day for example would make me want to make a spring salad that is full of seasonal ingredients and bright colours
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I have a love for Salmon - Pork belly, though not necessarily together. I love working with zucchini as they give such a bright pop of colour and flavour to dishes
