Receive Text UpdatesMy mom was my main inspiration to cook. She had me in the kitchen with her from as young as I can remember, and it just bred a deep love for food in my spirit and my daughter. She inspires me every day because she’s my biggest fan.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My favorite dish that I’ve ever made was a 45 pound ribeye roast that I trimmed all the fat created a beef tallow grind it down with garlic and herbs. Then I Cryovac’d it sous vide it for six hours and broiled it in as paired that with a truffle garlic mashed potato and creamed kale.
What would you do with the $25,000?Invest in my business invest in myself a lot of times our dreams don’t pay the bills. I want to show my daughter that the thing that you love can sustain you and I feel the best way to show her that is to live in my words and begin to nurture my business And being able to cook my own food for a living.
