Receive Text UpdatesThe thing that inspires me to cook, the most is the sheer happiness someone gets when you make food for them. I have always loved how grateful, excited or emotional one can gets as they walk in the room and smell the air laced with sweet delicious garlic and onions. Or when their eyes grow to the size of Jupiter as you set the plate in front of them and the desire to capture that moment causes them to take their phones, the room falls silent, they take the first bite and moan
What's your all time favorite dish to make?This may sound a little cheesy, but butter basting a steak is my therapy and I will never get it wrong.
What would you do with the $25,000?One day I would like to leave the restaurant industry and become a private chef. I really enjoy the interpersonal interaction of private cheffing and I would invest the money into buying equipment and possibly rent/share a kitchen space to continue doing my catering jobs and expand my ability to do more covers, hire more experienced chefs, etc,.
