Chefs with a focus on agricultural sustainability and traditional techniques such as Dan Barber or Sean Brock But our path to inspiration always begins with our farmer Jeff.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Okonomiyaki! A veggie heavy and tasty bbq cabbage pancake with chasu pork and egg? Count me in!

What would you do with the $25,000?

Start a commercial commissary in my rural community to not only help other mobile food vendors have reliable prep facilities, but also give small local growers a WSDA certified kitchen to make value added items for their farms.
