Receive Text UpdatesWhat inspires me to cook is the ability to create unique moments through food. I’m deeply inspired by the people I cook for — their tastes, stories, and emotions. Cooking is my way of connecting with them on a personal level. I also draw a lot of inspiration from travel, nature, and seasonal ingredients. Each dish is a chance to tell a story, to spark emotion, and to leave a lasting impression.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?“My all-time favorite dish to make is Beef Wellington. It’s one of my signature dishes and definitely one of my personal favorites. There’s something incredibly satisfying about the precision and technique it requires — from the sear on the filet to the delicate layers of duxelles and puff pastry. It’s a dish that always makes a statement, both visually and in flavor, and I love the moment of surprise when it’s sliced at the table.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to develop the mobile version of an application I’m currently creating for private chefs. The goal is to offer them a complete tool to manage their menus, invoices, expenses, and client interactions — all in one place. It’s a project born from my own needs as a private chef, and this funding would help bring it to life faster, with a smoother experience for users.
