Who or what inspires you to cook?

my passion for food began watching Iron Chef. Both the Japanese and America shows. Morimoto , Flay and Cat Cora push my mind to try unique flavors. All the Iron Chefs.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Damn , tough Question. i have many. But my favorite to make for Family and Friends. --- Grilled snow crab legs, over lump coal and Apricot wood, then dunked in 8 lbs sweet cream butter, white wine, capers, garlic, shallots and Aleppo peppers . Served with grilled homemade sourdough bread to sop up butter sauce and crab goodness πŸ˜›πŸ˜πŸ¦€

What would you do with the $25,000?

Rebuild my portable smoker. its a 250 gal offset burner, with a Xl green egg on one side, a stainless steel griil also. but i would like to add a wood burning pizza oven . i live in western Colorado and we have many fruit orchard's here, and all types of hardwoods, and wine and whiskey barrel staves for smoking. i would like to teach cooking classes on it. Im on Knzz 92.7 radio show - food for thought. so promoting good food is my passion πŸ‘¨πŸΌβ€πŸ³πŸ˜ŽπŸ˜‹
