I’m always up for a challenge so I love to be in the kitchen either creating new foods to feed my people or to elevate their/our favourite comfort foods while always trying to learn new techniques get inspiration from cookbooks & recipes. I have a pretty good selection of cookbooks now which I love reading way more than novels!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Lately I’ve really been loving making sourdough breads, ciabatta buns and focaccia. This is a tough question though because there are so many favourites for me, I don’t just have one… I love to cook lasagna & pasta dishes. I’ve also been trying to make healthier choices too lately using zoodles & coodles (noodles made with zucchini or carrots!), pots of yummy soups, charcuterie boards, Greek ribs, Japanese steak sauce, Mexican street corn, I could go on and on..
What would you do with the $25,000?I really want to start my own charcuterie business so the money would help in getting me set up with supplies, maybe a little shop to work out of, advertising, etc.
