Receive Text UpdatesI grew up in a family if amazing cooks who not only shared thier recipes but also so many life lessons in the kitchen. It is an honor to prepare the foods my Mother and Father taught me and thier parents passed down to them and I have shared with my children.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I love a good soup. I make a pretty taste French Onion soup from scratch. You have to start with some good beef marrow bones for the broth and a good variety of onions. I use day old sourdough bread to make my Croutons.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to pursue my love of baking with specialized classes. I would also donate a portion of the winnings to The Horry Georgetown Technicial College Culinary Institute in Myrtle Beach , SC. To help fund Students out of pocket expenses.
