My mom began my journey into cooking. Trying new things was fun to do for her. Then it became my wife and her family. They were the reason I went to Culinary school. My wife challenges me to always push beyond what I think I can do. I get inspiration from hearing positivity about my food.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all time favorite dish to make is Beef Stroganoff.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put this back into my current business to continue to bring good food to my community. I'd also take some and go on a very short beach vacation with my wife.
