My parents are my bestfriends and they were the driving factor that initiated my connection with food and the therapy that is cooking for me. Today I am inspired by serving my husband something I didn’t slave over - but rather something that sets my creativity free.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?That’s like asking which child a parent loves most! Beef bourginon / arepas? lol can narrow it down to maybe a cuisine - which is Mexican. Tacos al pastor could easily have been my middle name.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d finally start my very own global foodie magazine. Somewhere where different cuisines, Hospitality, food blogs/world wide decadent recipes and group therapy all share a table. Oh and world peace ☮️
