Who or what inspires you to cook?

My heritage and family inspire my cooking. Growing up, I watched loved ones create meals that brought people together, blending spices and flavors with care. Cooking is my way of honoring those traditions while adding my own twist—fusing global flavors that tell a story. Food is love, culture, and connection, and I want to share that experience with the world through every bite.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

My all-time favorite dish to make is Mutton Biryani. This slow-cooked, aromatic masterpiece is the heart of Indian cuisine—tender, spice-infused mutton layered with fragrant basmati rice, saffron, and caramelized onions. Every bite is a celebration of rich heritage, deep flavors, and the love that goes into making a truly authentic biryani.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I win $25K, I’ll start a supper club that brings people together over authentic, home-cooked Indian flavors. A space where food tells a story, blending tradition with creativity, offering an unforgettable dining experience. This is my first step toward launching my own Supper Club, sharing the rich, bold flavors of India and the silk route with the world.
