Who or what inspires you to cook?

It's my passion, makes the negativity and all the uncertainty go away and is my stress relief. My little Italian Gramma inspired me with all the families dinners and showing me, it's nostalgia for me.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Rosemary Seared Salmon Filet with a Strawberry Buerre Blanc and an Herbed & Local Goat Cheese Risotto Accompanied by Garlic Asparagus Spears

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use it for this restaurant idea I have which is a one of a kind idea and every city and community needs one.
