Who or what inspires you to cook?

I love the joy that food brings to people. Seeing someone’s face light up when they take the first bite of a dish I’ve prepared is my biggest inspiration. Cooking is not just about feeding people—it’s about creating experiences and memories.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

I love making Hyderabad dum biryani. There’s something special about the slow-cooking process, the way the flavors blend together, and the aroma that fills the kitchen. It’s a dish that requires patience and precision, but the end result is always worth it.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would love to make this a part of my investment to open a breakfast place in Bellevue, Washington. It’s been a vision of mine to create a spot where people can enjoy high-quality, flavorful breakfast dishes with a unique touch.
