I cook numerous times a week for my coworkers at the hospital and it feeds my soul to share with them and to make them happy. Instead of crappy cafeteria food, I bring them homemade food like shrimp and grits
What's your all time favorite dish to make?There are a few. For Christmas I may cheesy grits with fried sage and brown butter topped with honey, smoked paprika shrimp. I also love making chicken and dumplings. I make a pretty good chicken enchilada with olives and green chilis
