I get my inspirations from the feedback I get when I cook for friends and family, it brings me joy and satisfaction. To me food is a form of love. And I love cooking. I hope my cooking inspires somebody one day.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?This dish reminds me of my childhood. It’s a simple yet delicious Mexican dish called “Carne ala Mexicana” it’s a stewed beef with fresh tomatoes,onions, Serrano chili peppers, garlic , and simply salt and pepper, served with a side of rice and beans can’t forget the tortillas.
What would you do with the $25,000?Fulfill the dream that my mother and I had before she passed away and starting our own family business ( food truck) it would be named “Martha’s meals on wheels “
