Fresh food inspires me to cook, along with my deep southern roots of ancestral cooking.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

My favorite dish would be chicken cordon bleu. Red beans and rice with a Mexican cornbread.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the money to help an organization that feeds homeless people.
