Receive Text UpdatesI was a fussy kid, I missed out on so many different opportunities to try different food. My girlfriend now wife introduced me to many foods and every time I cook for her I try make sure she can taste the love I have for her. She has been my biggest fan and I cook for her.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I would say my all time favorite dish to cook is Smoked Duck Pizza, with Chèvre and arugula. Brined and smoked duck is pulled and placed on par cooked dough that is spread with the chèvre. The duck is spread and then finished in the oven. It is then finished with with arugula and pickled red onions and a drizzle of olive oil.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would up grade my kitchen and make sure that there would be enough money for my wife and to enjoy all the local restaurants we haven’t been able to visit.
