My mom is the focal point of all my flavors that I’ve adapted and everything I’ve learn through all the kitchens and chefs that have passed their knowledge and skills. I want to showcase everything I’ve learned in each dish and continue create with every plate I make.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Soups. Soups are so broad, but all start with a base. You can add rice, noodles, lentils, vegetables, starches, proteins… the list is endless. A good bowl of soup brings families and friends together and everyone that everyone can enjoy. Bánh canh or Bún bò Huế are two Vietnamese soups that definitely come into mind however.
What would you do with the $25,000?I want to start something, opening up a restaurant is my dream. $25,000 is a start, but it could also help with promoting Pop-Up’s and other creative events that I will push in my career.
