My mom is close to my heart, she has always inspired me to cook. Till this day, we still cook some dishes together. She always tells me when you love to cook and cook with passion and love that's the key. Now I cook for my whole family, I love watching my family enjoy my food it brings me joy. My husband is my biggest cheerleader, always encourages me. Because of my love for cooking it has made me more diverse and passionate.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Well I really don't have a favorite dish, I just love to cook. But if there is one dish I love to cook for my family, it's an Italian dish called. Pesce all’Acqua Pazza which means (fish in crazy water). It's made with a white fish (cod or halibut) The sauce is a simple flavoring of garlic, fennel, tomatoes, herbs, salt and a good pinch of crushed red pepper flakes for heat. Don't forget the bread for dipping, so good.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would really love to finish the remodel on our kitchen. Or remodel my mom's outdated bathroom, my mom lives with us and at age 86 it's hard for her to get into the shower by herself. Would love to remove the tub so that she can step into the shower without any help.
