In all honestly my mother helped start my passion for cooking and now it’s my daughter. Seeing her face light up when I make a dish she loves brings me more joy than any amount of money. My daughter saved my life along with cooking. Being in cooking school has also been amazing. I will continue to learn and try to apply it in my life as a stay at home dad/student.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all time favorite dish to make is a simple dish but connected to my past. White rice with cornbeef. Growing up we didn’t have money and my mother did her best with what we had and to me that dish shows character, strength and love.
What would you do with the $25,000?My time in the military and becoming a father made me realize that my needs and wants come last for a good reason. I’ll make wise decisions for my future business and make sure our bills are paid, debt is shrunk and family is taken care of. I want be a good dad and husband.
