Receive Text UpdatesMy biggest inspiration is my culture sharing and being able to see people biting to a taco or any meal that I make if you’re having a bad day, you’re there for comfort remembering when I was a little cooking for my sisters as a family and then seeing other others, enjoy how I enjoyed my grandma‘s and my mom‘s cooking my dad how I inherited that And seeing people light up because I love food and sharing culture and food I think is a great way to connect people
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Street tacos! With an elote street corn and fresh made Horchata with handmade tortillas and you have to have the two salsa, the red, the green and the guacamole it can be any protein that’s marinated perfect Al Pastore Carne Asada. Carnitas is definitely my Carnitas tacos and my Al Pastor my beer batter and just making the fresh tortillas handmade with a cool drink of either hibiscus (Jamaica) water or horchata fresh made the right way from scratch
What would you do with the $25,000?Oh, that’s easy. Get a little taco cart in the downtown heart of Columbus, Ohio, there’s a lot of street vendors downtown the gyros the Shawarma’s but there’s no tacos at least no real tacos Cali Cali style, Mexico City style tacos and hopefully give back to the community with the flavor of my food, but also one of my goals in life is helping someone that had a troublesome childhood like I did and connect by cooking or maybe just by showing the community a little love wit
