What's your all time favorite dish to make?Currently, I am obsessed with this lobster roll pastry. I brush some phyllo dough with butter, garlic, & herbs. Then top it with lobster, caramelized onion, gruyere cheese--and roll the pastry into a log. Slice, pan, and bake. Drizzle with hollandaise and garnish with chives.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would feel a weight lifted off my shoulders. I'm a student at Talking Leaves Job Corps and that amount of money would be life changing for my future. I would be able to buy a car and further my education in the Culinary Arts as far as college goes. I would budget the rest for my savings and bills.
